Refunds & Returns

A Kwikcard is a design based product, therefore no physical products exist and a returns policy is not offered.
Once your order has been placed the design process will begin you are then paying for our designers time towards the cost of production of your Kwikcard, this is none refundable.

If any details such as address, telephone numbers, email address, website links etc that were provided during the purchase process are deemed to be incorrect upon completion of the product we will in the initial case rectify the mistake free of charge and update the Kwikcard.

Further amendments will be chargeable at our current standard chargeable rate.
